1. Announcements & Logistics
- 🏠 Venue Change: Starting May 7, meetings will move to the dining room area at the back to accommodate another group.
- 🤝 Meeting Focus: Most meetings until the end of June will center on fellowship. [cite: 110]
- 🃏 Card Bingo: A Sunday afternoon date in May is to be determined; Marie is inquiring about availability.
- 💻 Social Media: Connor is downloading club social media posts to prepare an announcement regarding the branch closure at the end of June 2026.
2. Fundraiser Successes
- 🥍 FireWolves Lacrosse: The game was a success with all 44 tickets sold, resulting in a profit of $935.00 (including a $500 donation).
- ⚾ Blue Jays: Two upcoming games are expected to generate approximately $500.00 in profit each.
3. Looking Ahead
- 📅 Final Meeting: Scheduled for June 24, 2026.
- 💰 Profit Distribution: Discussions regarding the allocation of fundraising profits will take place on June 10 or 17.
