1. Announcements & Updates
- 🧂 Road Salt: First supplier unresponsive despite 7 emails. No phone contact available.
- Second supplier offers 56-bag skids (20kg per bag), club cost: $13, resale: $20. Revenue per skid: $392.
- Need to confirm storage – Marie will speak with the Plaza owner about skid delivery to the lot.
- Connor to investigate further; salt is pet- and concrete-safe.
- 🎬 Movie Night Fundraiser: $4,000 raised for Bowmanville Hospital Foundation; an additional $1,000 was donated in July.
- 🗳️ AGM Highlights: Janice Jones attended; attendees voted on financial reports. Clubs reported “Big Things Happening.”
- Leadership recruitment remains a concern across clubs; accounting role remains stable for continuity.
