2. Announcements & Club Updates

• 🎬 Movie Night: Scheduled for November 19. Theatre rental costs $2,900. Some sponsorships confirmed, but more are needed.
• 🧂 Road Salt: Connor is still looking into supplier and logistics.
• 🃏 Card Bingo: Scheduled for October 22. Currently 19 people signed up.
• 🍺 Bowmanville Rotary Oktoberfest: Happening Saturday, October 4.
• 🧠 Trivia Night: In development. More details to come.
• 🎄 Christmas Party: Booked for Sunday, December 28 at the Tribute Centre — Peterborough Petes vs. Oshawa Generals game.
• 🗣️ October 29: Councillor Semi is scheduled to speak.
• 📅 October 15 Meeting: Cancelled in favour of the special meeting on October 29.
